To update your email address linked to your account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Client Cabinet on our website.
  2. Go to the Account tab and select Settings.

Navigate to Account > Settings

  1. In the settings window, navigate to the Change Email section.
  2. Enter your current email address in the provided field and click on “Request code”.

Enter your new email address and submit

  1. After clicking Request Code, you will be prompted to choose how you want to receive the code. In this example, we have chosen “Mail” as the method.

Select the receiver

  1. A code will be sent to your current email address. Open your inbox and locate the email containing the code.
  2. Go back to the Change Email section in the settings window. Enter the code you received and then type in your new email address in the designated field.
  3. After submitting your new email address and the code, we will send a confirmation email to your new email address.
  4. Open the confirmation email in your new email inbox. Click on the Confirm button or the provided link in the email to complete the email change process.
  • Once confirmed, return to your client cabinet and ensure your new email address is updated in the settings.
