To cancel a payment request, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Client Cabinet using your registered email and password. (Keep your password secure and never share it.)
  2. Navigate to the Finance tab.
  3. Select Transaction History from the dropdown menu.

Navigate Finance > Transaction History

  1. On the new page, you’ll see a list of your payment requests. Only those marked as “Pending” can be canceled.
  2. Locate the pending request, and click on the Action tab.

Click on the action button of the intended transaction

  1. select “Cancel Request” to cancel your withdrawal.

Click on the "Cancel Request" button

That’s it! Your withdrawal request will be canceled successfully.
